Job Description
Responsibilities
Oversee the creative direction and execution of design projects from concept to completion. Collaborate with product managers, marketers, and developers to align design with business goals. Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and support. Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials, including digital, print, and packaging. Conduct user research and incorporate feedback into design iterations. Manage multiple design projects, timelines, and priorities effectively. Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and leadership teams. Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices. Review final outputs for quality, clarity, and alignment with brand standards.
Job Profile
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. 5+ years of professional design experience, including at least 2 years in a lead or senior role. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other industry-standard design tools. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and leadership in design. Excellent communication, organization, and creative problem-solving skills.
