As a Lead Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design team, managing projects from concept to completion, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead the design team in developing innovative and creative design solutions for projects.
- Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they meet the client\'s needs and are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and other project documentation.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and other professionals, to ensure that project requirements are met and expectations are managed.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Manage and coordinate the work of other team members, including architects, engineers, and designers.
- Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with applicable codes, regulations, and standards.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure that project objectives are met.
- Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and other professionals as required.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong focus on conceptual design.
- Strong knowledge of Rabbit or Rhino software.
- Strong design and technical skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to travel if required.
