Lead Design Architect
Job Location : United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design process from concept to detailed design for high-profile projects.
• Develop innovative, functional and aesthetically strong design solutions aligned with client brief and regulations.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (structural, MEP, ID, landscape) to integrate all design aspects.
• Review and approve drawings, details and specifications to ensure quality and compliance.
• Participate in client meetings, design reviews and authority submissions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience as a Design Architect / Lead Architect on medium to large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of UAE building codes and authority requirements (Dubai municipalities/authorities).
• Advanced skills in architectural design software (Revit, AutoCAD, BIM tools, etc.).
• Strong leadership, coordination and design review capabilities.
