Objectives: Are you an experienced concept / pre-concept architect with 8+ years of experience looking for the next step in your career? We are currently looking for an experienced individual to join our clients as a Lead Architect in Dubai. Our client is an established developer in the UAE who is currently looking to expand its pre-concept and concept teams due to large-scale luxury international projects they have recently taken on. They are looking for individuals who have experience in luxury residential projects (low-rise or high-rise) and are strong in concept/pre-concept design stages. Requirements
University Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Architecture Nature and length of previous experience: \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 8 years of experience in Architecture \xe2\x80\xa2 International experience \xe2\x80\x93 GCC experience would be ideal, but not essential \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong in the concept/pre-concept design stages \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in luxury residential projects (hospitality and resort experience would also be an added bonus) Specialist knowledge: \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong knowledge of Revit Soft Skills and Personality traits: \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborative and not shy to share your ideas \xe2\x80\xa2 A clear communicator \xe2\x80\xa2 High levels of attention to detail Language Fluency: \xe2\x80\xa2 English
