A bout the Role

• esign and develop state of the art algorithms in one of these domains: Recommendations, Ranking, Natural Language Processing, or Computer Vision with a focus on Search & Discovery, Platform -

• onduct practical research with a scientific mindset, and a focus on delivery -

Work closely with the engineering/product team to integrate machine learning (ML) algorithms into the platform - Help in the design of new features in the product, and innovation inside the company -

• ccess and analyze data to create insights and make recommendations -

• wn models(end-to-end) which are ongoing/in production while maintaining them as well as envisioning new versioning as per business needs/plans -

• ommunicate complex solutions in a clear and understandable way to both

ho you are
-

• Sc or Ph.D. in related topics such as Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Signal Processing, Speech Processing or Optimization OR Degree in a quantitative discipline: Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering. Experience in a Data Science related role, working within a Retail, E-commerce or Operations environment; -

• luent in Python and Data Science & ML packages (Pandas, nltk, spacy, scikit-learn, keras, TensorFlow) -

• luent in English, both written and spoken -

• • nterested in keeping up-to-date with scientific advancements
