Company: Oliver Wyman Description: Job Overview: As the Lead Certinia Systems Admin Manager, you will be the Solution Architect for the Oliver Wyman PSA sofware, leading a team of technical experts in the development and support of the Oliver Wyman Certinia. In this role, it is critical to possess a deep understanding of Certinia to ensure we have the right capabilities internally to support the platform and enhance our firm asset. As the Certinia technical architect and expert, this role partners closely with the Lead Architect, Product Owner, Program Manager, senior business stakeholders, and vendors, to ensure the solution meets the firms needs across all touch points. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of solutions in the Certinia platform. Develop system architectures that optimize performance, security and user experience. Provide best practices and technical guidance to the team of administrators, developers and business analysts to design and build innovative solutions that align to customer goals and challenges. Partner and help advocate for Certinia solution with Product Owner and Sr. Business stakeholders. Lead the technical evaluation, scope, and completion of new enhancement and business process requestsManage and ensure all technical responsibilities including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other point-and-click configuration items are handled within the team. Collaborate with vendors, ITS, Finance and Human Capital colleagues globally to support the development the growth of the Certinia platforms. Ensure completion of periodic internal system audits and prepare for upgrades. Oversee Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations in collaboration with other ITS staff. Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization Collaborate with technical teams to guide them in creating and maintaining reports in Salesforce.com and extracting insights for advancing business revenue Lead and be ultimately responsible in resolving user-identified functional and technical issues on the Salesforce platform and Certinia PSA software Be the subject matter expert, recommending enhancements, best practices and new processes to optimize use and adoption of the platform Experience Required: Minimum of 10+ years of the SalesForce/Financialforce/Certinia platform administration Experience establishing a support team from the ground up, including training, SLAs, documentation Multi-year management experience of a large globally distributed end user and system support team Certinia software experience Extensive stakeholder Management experience Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and managelaterally and upwards Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields,workflows, custom views, validation rules, page layouts, record types Strong understanding of permissions and sharing framework and ability to manage complex permissionlevels via profiles, role hierarchy, sharing settings, and field level security Able to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstreamapplications, systems, and processes Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills Proven ability to design (i.e. solution options) and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
