Prepare high-quality coffee and beverage items according to company standards.
Lead, supervise, and support baristas during shifts.
Ensure smooth daily operations of the coffee bar.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area.
Train new baristas and provide ongoing coaching on coffee techniques and service.
Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Ensure proper calibration, cleaning, and maintenance of all coffee machines and equipment.
Implement and follow all food safety and HACCP standards.
Assist with inventory counts and ordering of bar-related items.
Ensure consistent beverage quality and presentation.
Support management in improving operational efficiency.
