Deliver expert customer service by demonstrating and recommending beauty products. Support management while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Act as a brand ambassador for beauty, showcasing deep product knowledge and personalized service.

Demonstrate product features and usage techniques effectively to maximize sales through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
Provide exceptional Customer service by understanding customer preferences, offering expert advice, and creating a welcoming shopping experience
Keep up with beauty trends and seasonal launches, and recommend products based on individual customer needs
Ensure visual presentation and hygiene standards of beauty areas meet brand guidelines
Monitor stock levels, tester hygiene and communicate with management for any concerns or selling opportunity
Liaise with the visual team and management to meet promotional and sales objectives
Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of beauty products, including skincare, makeup, and fragrances
Understanding of skin types, appropriate product recommendations and hygiene protocols for testers and samples
Stock Management
Experience:
Prior experience in beauty retail or cosmetics sales.
Familiarity with beauty brand positioning and customer service.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for products and Sales-driven with a customer-first mindset
Detail-oriented and process-focused and strong at quantitative/qualitative analysis
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Arabic and English
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
