Responsibilities & Duties

• Obtaining and developing the initial project brief into a concept proposal. Presenting the final brief to the stakeholders/client
• Defining the creative and conceptual direction of projects.
• Ensuring design development and documentation is in line with approved concept design and also aligned with Binghatti Group best practices and quality control
• Supervising and coordinating architectural design and drawings with other building disciplines and departments of Binghatti Group.
• Liaising with statutory authorities (DM, DCD, DSO, DCCA, etc.).
• To ensure statutory approvals are in line with project timelines.
• Review and validate tender drawings and documentation
• Co-ordinate and review BOQ with QS
• Review and approve shop drawings and submittals
• Regular site supervision
• Managing project profitability, change orders, variations of brief/works.
• Agree on performance goals at beginning of the year in consultation with Business Development Manager

Academic & Trades Qualification

• Visual awareness and an eye for details.
• Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
• Adaptability, strategic leadership and teamwork.

Self-motivated and active Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a recognized University Working Experience & Skills Minimum 10-15 years of design experience with minimum 7 years in the UAE. Registered with Society of Engineers, UAE Preferably within a multi-disciplinary consultancy and having construction site coordination experience

• Strong portfolio to prove design and aesthetic skills.

Sound knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant authorities' rules/regulations and quality standards. Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
