Category Software Architect / Project Lead Location Chennai, India Experience 10 years

• 13+ Years of experience as an architect in the corresponding Business & Technology Domain
• Overall 15+ Years of experience in Information Technology
• Experience of having been a part of at least one cloud adoption & transition journey is an added advantage
• Certification in Cloud, Devops & Architecture framework would be an added advantage
• Strong understanding of Business, Information & Integration model and architecture for the corresponding technology domain
• Good understanding of Cloud concepts both Azure & AWS.
• 2-5 years' experience doing practical design or architecture within the specialization (solutions, infrastructure, network, security, etc.)
• Practical experience and deep understanding of technology in the area of specialization, software stack, patterns and best practices
• Can create a high-level and low-level design (functional and non-functional) of a single or a small collection of components or a small end-to-end service
• In-depth & hands on experience on Application Architecture Techniques & best practices for both Built & Buy scenarios
• Fair understanding of Infra & Security Architecture practices including cyber security & cloud
• Good understanding on Regulatory frameworks & standards for BFSI
• Providing technical and data leadership to the Service organization, Service and Solution Architects and engineering teams
• Comprehensive understanding of contemporary database and analytics platforms including but not limited to Hadoop, AWS, Azure and Mongo.
• Knowledge on emerging technology themes like AI/ML, IoT, Blockchain & RPA would be a definite advantage
• RFI / RFP, pre-sales proposals, technical and commercial bid presentations, negotiating and successfully closing the sales cycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and willing to go the extra miles to meet the project timelines/goals
• Well organized with attention to detail
• Strong team player
