For our new office in Dubai (Business Bay), we are looking for a Lead Alignment Engineer with experience in the middle East. The ideal candidate (M/F) will cover a technical role, being responsible for the design of roads and railway alignment in coordination with other disciplines, He/She will be reporting directly to the UAE Technical Manager. Considering current portfolio, the knowledge of Trimble solution, including Novapoint is a plus.

The ideal candidate (M/F) will cover a technical role, being responsible for the design of roads and railway alignment in coordination with other disciplines, He/She will be reporting directly to the UAE Technical Manager. His/Her responsibilities will be:
- Responsible for the design of roads/rail alignment including;
- Redaction of design criteria
- Develop/optimize alignment design from all feasibility study to detailed design
- Responsible for the modelling in advanced BIM either by managing modelers or by himself
- Develop the Company local production capacity by supervising junior engineers and draftmen
- The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in alignment design
- Communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in English is essential
- Strong ability to meet deadlines and manage time efficiently while multi-tasking
- Team player with good interpersonal communication skill and professional attitude
