Job Description

Role Profile: The role of Lead Accounts Officer-Banking & Treasury is to coordinate the overall Banking and treasury related matters of Havelock Group in order to ensure that these are in line with the overall financial framework. Duties and responsibilities

• Carry out daily reporting activities, dealing with banks and assisting the respective supervisor in cash and liquidity management
• Prepare and manage cash positions daily
• Prepare and manage necessary funds transfers to facilitate routine and salary payments
• Manage the Letter of Credits and Cash against documents (Includes preparation, Managing and Liaising with Bank and preparing monthly reports)
• Assist with Debt management and preparation of reports and data required for borrowings
• Assist in monitoring and managing the organization's banking relationship
• Prepare necessary documents and Keep the account information updated with all the banks
• Coordinate with corporate Banking and treasury department of parent company for all matters related to banking and treasury (Including Online Banking)
• Liaising and visiting the banks for all matters related to banking and treasury
• Undertake other related tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor

Personal qualities The ideal candidate for the Lead Accounts Officer-Banking & Treasury role has the following skills, personal qualities, and experiences:

• Has a minimum of 2 years Banking & Treasury/Accounting Experience with reputed companies
• Qualified - University Graduate in Banking/Finance
• Analytical skills (data analysis and interpretation from multiple perspective)
• Advanced spreadsheet proficiency
• Knowledge of financial regulations
• Ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
• Communicate effectively with all levels of management, including executive directors, business heads and corporate finance team of parent company
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
• Drive and zeal
• Preference will be given to Bahraini candidate with fluency in Arabic and English
