Oversee the Labour, Delivery, Recovery (LDR) unit, ensuring seamless patient care.
Mentor, train, and manage nursing staff to maintain high standards of clinical excellence.
Monitor patient progress, manage high-risk cases, and coordinate with obstetricians and neonatologists.
Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, hospital policies, and international safety standards.
Manage unit scheduling, resource allocation, and inventory of medical supplies.
Promote a patient-centered approach, providing emotional support and education to families.
Requirements:
Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter as a Registered Midwife/Nurse.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Midwifery; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in LDRP or maternity units, with 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of fetal monitoring, labor management, and postpartum care.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
