Title: LCV APS: Deputy Project Manager for Maintenance (Contingency Hire) Please note: Positions are located in multiple locations (Kuwait, Germany, Japan, & USA \xe2\x80\x93 Charleston, SC) and are contingent upon award of the project. The Deputy Project Manager for Maintenance (DPM/M) position has overall responsibility for all LOGCAP Maintenance services at the APS to include multiple equipment maintenance nodes, fueling operations, ammunition supply point, property book office, and two warehousing locations (Supply Support Activity). The DPM/M will work closely with equipment maintenance supervisors and other staff to ensure equipment maintenance, warehousing activities, fueling, and property. accountability functions are performed to standards and codes required by the LOGCAP contract. Responsible for reporting maintenance and readiness activities and equipment to ensure all requirements in the PWS are met. Ensure personnel required to work within the Global Combat Support System Army in the maintenance department are trained, on and off boarded, and remain current to operate within the automated system. Manages a workforce of less than 1,000 direct hires and subcontracted employees. Provides clear direction to employees regarding compliance with company, customer, and local area of responsibility standards of conduct. Instills a culture of continuous process improvement and high performance; and ensures that health, morale, and welfare requirements are met. Reviews and makes recommendations concerning daily operations. The DPM/M supervises, plans, coordinates, and directs the field and sustainment maintenance of all wheeled, tracked, armament, power generation, and utility equipment; (1) Serving as principal maintenance or operations for the APS project office. (2) Supervising personnel performing the duties of; (a) Armament/Fire Control Maintenance Supervisor (MOSC 91K4O); (b) M1 Abrams Tank System Maintainer (MOSC 91A4O); (c) Artillery Mechanic (MOSC 91P4O); (d) Bradley Fighting Vehicle System Maintain Maintenance Supervisor (MOSC 91X4O). DPM/M plans, coordinates, and directs the field and sustainment maintenance of all wheeled, tracked, armament, power generation, and utility equipment; (1) Serving as principal maintenance or operations subject matter expert in the APS organization. Supervises personnel performing the duties of: (a) Armament/Fire Control Maintenance Supervisor (MOSC 91K4O); (b) M1 Abrams Tank System Maintainer (MOSC 91A4O); (c) Artillery Mechanic (MOSC 91P4O); (d) Bradley Fighting Vehicle System Maintainer (MOSC 91M4O); (e) Maintenance Supervisor (MOSC 91X4O). Works under the direct supervision of the APS Project Manager. In the absence of the Project Manager, may be authorized to act on behalf of the Contractor for all matters relating to this contract and be designated in writing to the Contracting Officer (CO). Applicable Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

• Previous Site Management, Project Lead, Facilities Supervisor, Operations Manager or Logistics Manager experience.
• Experience engaging USG Stake Holders and Project and Program level Stakeholders in providing management oversight in the performance of the Contract.
• Previous management experience leading groups of employees (100 plus) and work centers.
• Shall have a minimum of five (5) years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the management of a similar or related multi-function operation. Fifteen (15) years of progressive responsible management and leadership experience in military maintenance of tactical vehicles and prepositioned stock within the logistics career fields.
• Shall have a minimum of three (3) years\xe2\x80\x99 management experience working within the Global Combat Support Service Army (GCSS A) maintenance module, Supply Type Code 910.
• Individual must be able to obtain a DOD SECRET security clearance
