Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated LCL Console Sales Executive to drive business growth for our Less-than-Container Load (LCL) consolidation services. The role requires strong freight forwarding industry knowledge, proven sales expertise, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships while delivering tailored logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in LCL console services. Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities within the freight forwarding and shipping industry. Manage and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with product, pricing, and operations teams to deliver competitive and efficient solutions. Promote company's LCL services across designated trade lanes and markets. Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations to close deals. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide actionable insights. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress using CRM tools.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. 3-7 years of proven experience in LCL console sales within an NVOCC, freight forwarding, or shipping company. Established network of clients and trade contacts in the industry is a strong advantage. Strong knowledge of LCL consolidation, NVOCC operations, and international freight forwarding practices. Demonstrated success in sales, business development, and achieving revenue targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and perform under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM tools.
