We are seeking a skilled
bilingual lawyer fluent in Spanish and French
to support ongoing and upcoming projects involving international legal agreements. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the clarity, compliance, and consistency of legal documents across jurisdictions and languages.Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and revise MOUs, contracts, partnership agreements, and related legal documents in English, Spanish, and French. Provide legal advice and support on cross-border agreements and partnerships. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in jurisdictions where agreements are executed. Collaborate with project managers, external counsel, and international partners to finalize legal documents. Assist with risk assessment and mitigation in contract negotiations.
Requirements:
Professional fluency in Spanish, French, and English
(written and spoken). 3+ years of experience in contract law, corporate law, or international legal projects. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex legal documents. Experience in drafting or negotiating MOUs and cross-jurisdictional agreements.Job Type: Full-time
