Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Buyer / Sales Executive

fluent in

Spanish, French, or Italian

to join our multilingual team and support our global procurement and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement / Buying:

Source and negotiate with international suppliers primarily from Spanish, French, or Italian speaking regions. Evaluate supplier performance, pricing, and delivery terms. Track inventory and manage purchase orders to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement. Maintain supplier relationships and build new ones aligned with company needs.

Sales / Account Management:

Handle inbound and outbound sales activities in your language of fluency. Develop strong relationships with international clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions. Prepare and deliver sales quotes, proposals, and contracts. Support post-sales follow-up and client satisfaction.

Administrative & Coordination:

Translate and prepare relevant documents and communications. Collaborate with logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless order execution. Keep up-to-date records of purchasing and sales transactions in the system.

Requirements:

Fluency in English and at least one of the following: Spanish, French, or Italian

(written and spoken). Proven experience in

procurement, purchasing, or B2B sales

(2-4 years preferred). Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
