Job Description
Description: Monitoring legal risk in real estate documentation and advise accordingly. Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for real estate transactions. Draft and negotiate real estate transactions. Draft routine leases and amendment. Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before real estate transactions are executed. Manage regulatory and compliance-related services. Represent the company in purchases and sales of properties. Defend the municipal code litigation. Support legal and general advisory needs associated with a large-scale real estate portfolio. Requirements: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in law. Candidate should have experience as a Real Estate Lawyer; Strong knowledge of UAE real estate law and regulations;
A minimum of 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a lawyer in UAE; Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
