Job Description

We are looking to recruit a Corporate Lawyer with prescribed legal qualification to be eligible to become a legal Consultant in UAE. Scope of work. 1) Reviewing clients requirements, KYC, profile and advising them for suitable corporate structure for incorporation of companies in UAE and else wherein the world. 2) Assisting the clients for setting up various types of companies in UAE including Free Zone, Offshore, and Mainland jurisdictions and related matters. 3) Drafting & submission of company amendments such as Transfer of Shares change of Director, Secretary and Manager, adding / removal of business activities, change of Registered Agent etc. Liaising with different Government authorities, Regulatory Authorities /free zones / Labor and Immigration Department and other relevant authorities in UAE. 4) Preparing and drafting legal documents such as Power of Attorneys, Board Resolutions, Shareholder Resolutions, Memorandum and Articles of Association, Contracts including side agreements and shareholding agreements, Non-disclosure Agreements, client engagement agreements, Introducer Agreements and consultant agreements etc. 5) Preparing and drafting Wills and assisting the clients for execution. 6) Client coordination for post incorporation matters. 7) Preparing and assisting clients in Intellectual Property and related matters. Experience:

• Corporate Lawyer: 1 year (Preferred)
