Job Summary: Looking for an experienced and talented Lawyer in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Job Key Details:

Analyze legal material in the case
Counsel clients on matters from different branches of law
Prepare and submit materials to governmental bodies
Perform legal research
Supervise closings and draft a variety of legal documents including contracts, resolutions, legal opinions and escrow trust agreements

Job Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate for Lawyer must have relevant qualities for this role
Practical experience in the role for at least five years
Knowledge in working with contracts is required for the right candidate
Outstanding knowledge of legal basis of the UAE is necessary
The jobholder should have excellent communication skills
The suitably qualified candidate should be a people person with excellent analytical and research skills.
The ideal candidate should be fluent in both Arabic and English with knowledge of legal terminologies
