Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice in line with
UAE federal and local laws

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
Represent the company before
UAE courts and government authorities

Handle corporate, commercial, and labor law matters.
Conduct legal research and prepare opinions.
Ensure compliance with
UAE regulatory requirements
(DED, MOJ, Free Zones, AML/KYC).
Requirements:
2-5 years of UAE legal experience
(corporate/commercial/litigation).
Licensed to practice law in the UAE or eligible for UAE license.
LLB required; LLM preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Pay: AED71,622.82 - AED86,255.44 per year
