Job Description
We are seeking a
skilled Lawyer or Legal Researcher
to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will haveat least 4 years of professional experience
, strong legal research abilities, and excellent drafting and communication skills. Fluency inEnglish
is essential, andArabic-speaking candidates
will be given priority.Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive
legal research
, case analysis, and interpretation of laws and regulations. Draft and reviewlegal documents
, contracts, memorandums, and reports. Provide legal opinions, support internal teams, and assist in decision-making. Monitor and summarizechanges in UAE laws and regulations
. Support legal proceedings, hearings, and litigation preparation when required. Maintain accurate legal records and ensure compliance with UAE regulatory frameworks. Coordinate with external legal entities, authorities, and stakeholders.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; Master's preferred.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
in legal research or practice. Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations. Excellent drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Fluent in English; Arabic speaking required/preferred
(adjust as needed). Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Skills
Experience in corporate, commercial, or regulatory law. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Proficiency in legal databases and research tools.
