Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Laundry Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our laundry and ensure the highest standards of service.

? Responsibilities:



Supervise and manage the laundry team.
Coordinate workflow in the washing, drying, ironing, and delivery departments.
Monitor quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage staff schedules, attendance, and overall discipline.
Handle daily issues and customer complaints professionally.
Oversee the inventory of detergents and consumables.
Ensure the proper maintenance and operation of laundry equipment.
Train new employees on procedures and quality standards.
Supervise and manage carpet cleaning operations, ensuring the use of appropriate techniques and thorough drying.

? Requirements:



Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in laundry operations or a related field.
Experience in carpet cleaning is required.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good understanding of fabric types and proper washing and ironing methods. o Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Fluency in English (preferred).
Ability to work shifts, when required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
