We're building a new kind of laundry service -- organized, digital, sustainable, and customer-focused -- and we're looking for an Operations Supervisor to help us run the day-to-day business smoothly.

Role Summary

You will manage the daily operations of Fullo Fresh Laundry -- coordinating pickups and deliveries, Quality control wash/products/accessories, customer complaints and resolution, ensuring order accuracy, maintaining turnaround times, and leading our growing team.

This is a hands-on operational leadership role focused on coordination, communication, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily pickup and delivery schedules and coordinate driver logistics. Track and manage customer orders and service timelines. Monitor service quality, packaging, and 24-48 hour turnaround goals. Communicate professionally with customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

Customer complaint and resolutions handling Train and guide new staff (drivers, support team) to follow company standards. Assist in designing workflows, delivery systems, and customer-experience improvements. Prepare daily and weekly performance reports (orders, delays, feedback). Maintain brand standards of efficiency, eco-values, and service excellence.
Candidate Profile

We're looking for a confident, organized, and proactive person who can manage people, schedules, and communication effectively.

You should be:

Fluent in English (spoken & written). Friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented. Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, or similar tools for order tracking. Capable of leading a small operations team and multitasking calmly. Interested in joining a fast-growing, eco-conscious brand.
Requirements

Must be based in Dubai and available to start immediately. English communication skills required. Previous laundry experience not required - full training provided. UAE Driver's License preferred but not mandatory. Must hold a valid UAE visa or be eligible for company sponsorship (visa can be provided for the right candidate). Flexible to work 6 days per week, with occasional weekend coverage as needed.
