Position : Laundry Supervisor
Salary : AED 3500+ Accomodation + Trasnsporation
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day retail laundry operations, ensuring high-quality standards in cleaning, ironing, and packaging. Manage and train laundry staff to achieve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate pick-up and delivery schedules for retail clients. Monitor use of equipment, chemicals, and supplies while maintaining cost control. Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism. Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance with company policies. Prepare daily/weekly reports and update management on operations and performance.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in laundry operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of laundry machinery, fabrics, detergents, and stain removal techniques. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to lead a team, manage schedules, and resolve conflicts. Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
