Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Laundry Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our laundry facility. The Laundry Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of laundry attendants, ensuring that all linens, uniforms, and other textiles are cleaned to the highest standards, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding service. Responsibilities include scheduling staff, monitoring inventory levels, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Laundry Supervisor will also be expected to train new employees, implement quality control measures, and coordinate with other departments to meet their linen and laundry needs. This role requires effective communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Previous experience in a supervisory role within a laundry or housekeeping environment is highly desirable. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the reputation of our facility by ensuring that all laundry operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily laundry operations
Train, schedule, and manage laundry staff

Requirements:
Proven experience in laundry or housekeeping supervision
Strong leadership and team management skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Knowledge of laundry equipment and cleaning chemicals
Familiarity with health and safety standards
Problem-solving and organizational skills
Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods
