Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily laundry operations, ensuring quality control and efficiency. Monitor staff performance and provide training as needed. Ensure proper use of laundry equipment and chemicals. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area. Manage inventory and request supplies as necessary. Implement and enforce safety and hygiene standards. Handle customer complaints and ensure high-quality service. Coordinate with other departments for laundry needs.
Job Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of experience
in laundry operations, preferably in hotels, hospitals, or commercial laundries. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of laundry equipment and fabric care. Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.How to Apply:
