With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Laundry Shift Leader to join the One&Only team at The One&Only The Palm Hotel in Dubai.
With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral spart of the Resort\xe2\x80\x99s success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our guests and colleagues, where you will be responsible for both the operational and administrative duties in the Laundry Department on a day-to-day basis. To ensure that those uniform attendants will work on rotating shifts and carry out their duties as per the hours of work agreed on by the company. Ensure all guest laundries delivered on time and updated in the delivery log. Ensure all soiled linen and pool towels sent to the outsource laundry on time and receive on time and arrange the towels for the pool and beach before the opening. All laundry area and both linen chutes must be always clean.

Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Assistant Laundry Manager. He/She must be highly qualified and must have at least 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotels. He/She must have a background with impeccable attention to details, analytical skills, exceptional training skills, highly talented in motivating others, must be able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines with excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and/or another language. Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
