Job Description
As a Laundry Attendant, you play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of linens, clothing, and other fabric items. Your responsibilities include washing, drying, pressing, and folding textiles to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Proficiently operate washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment.
- Ensure proper handling and sorting of different types of fabrics and garments.
- Inspect items for cleanliness and quality before and after laundering.
- Report any damaged or stained items for further action.
- Sort cleaned items based on type, size, and other criteria.
- Operate irons and press machines to give garments a polished appearance.
- Proven experience in laundry operations is a plus.
- Knowledge of different fabrics, detergents, and cleaning techniques.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
