Job Summary

We are seeking a

Laundry Attendant

who is a hardworking and reliable individual to support our spa and food & beverage operations by ensuring that all linens, towels, and uniforms are cleaned, maintained, and presented to the highest standards. You will play a key role in maintaining the hygiene, comfort, and overall guest experience by delivering consistently clean and well-cared-for items. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene expected in a luxury service environment.

Responsibilities:

Collect, sort, and prepare laundry items, including spa linens, towels, robes, F&B table linens, napkins, and uniforms. Ensure that all linen, towels, and uniforms are properly packed and sealed in clear plastic for cleanliness and easy identification. Operate commercial washers, dryers, and steamers according to established guidelines; Load, monitor, and unload laundry machines with care to avoid damage or loss of items; Fold, press, and organise laundered items for storage or delivery; Inspect linens and garments for cleanliness and damage, and report any issues to the supervisor. Ensure proper handling and separation of heavily soiled or stained items. Maintain cleanliness and order in the laundry area at all times. Monitor supply levels (e.g. detergents, fabric softeners) and inform supervisors when stock needs replenishment. Follow all safety and hygiene procedures in compliance with the company standards. Support the timely distribution of laundered items to Spa, F&B, and other departments as needed.

Requirements:

Prior experience in laundry or housekeeping operations preferred, especially in hotels, resorts, or spas. Familiarity with different types of fabrics and appropriate washing techniques. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Physically fit and able to stand, bend, lift, and carry loads of up to 25 kg. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
