Key Responsibilities
Apply classic, hybrid, and volume eyelash extensions with precision and care
Conduct lash consultations to recommend suitable styles based on client preferences and eye shape
Perform lash refills, removals, and maintenance with high attention to detail
Educate clients on aftercare and lash health
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-organized work area
Stay updated with the latest lash trends and techniques
Upsell services and products as appropriate
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in lash extension application
Certified in Classic, Hybrid, and Volume lash techniques
Strong understanding of lash health and aftercare
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must be well-groomed, punctual, and client-focused
Previous experience in high-end salons or working with VIP clients is a plus
