Job Description

Perform a wide range of advanced lash and brow services with precision, including:

Lash Extensions: Classic, Volume, Hybrid, Mega Volume, and Russian Volume.

Lash Lifts & Tints.

Brow Lamination, Tinting, and Henna.

Expert Brow Shaping (waxing, threading, tweezing).

Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their desired look, assess their natural features, and recommend the most suitable techniques and styles.

Maintain the highest standards of sanitation, hygiene, and safety in strict compliance with UAE health regulations.

Manage appointment bookings, maintain client records, and provide detailed aftercare advice.

Actively contribute to retail sales by recommending premium aftercare products.

Stay ahead of industry trends, techniques, and new products.

Uphold the salon's reputation for luxury and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications & Skills:

A certified professional with a minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Lash and Brow Technician, preferably within a luxury salon environment.

Master-level proficiency in all current lash extension techniques (Classic, Volume, etc.) and advanced brow services (Lamination, etc.).

A strong, verifiable portfolio showcasing your work and style.

Impeccable attention to detail, with a steady hand and an artistic eye for symmetry and design.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse clientele.

Professional, punctual, and possessing a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
