Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and licensed

Laser Nurse

to join our esteemed dermatology and aesthetic clinic in Doha. This role focuses on delivering high-quality

laser skin treatments

for both medical and cosmetic purposes. The ideal candidate should be a certified nurse with hands-on experience in

laser technologies

and

aesthetic procedures

, as well as excellent patient care and communication skills.

As a Laser Nurse, you will assess patients, develop customized treatment plans, and perform various laser procedures while ensuring safety, efficacy, and exceptional service. Your expertise and approach will directly impact patient satisfaction and the clinic's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct

patient consultations

, assess skin concerns, and explain available treatment options. Perform

laser procedures

, including but not limited to:

Laser Hair Removal

Pigmented Lesions

Thread Vein Treatment

Skin/Facial Rejuvenation

Active Acne Treatment

Wrinkle Reduction

Chemical Resurfacing

Carry out

skin analysis and evaluation

to determine suitability and best outcomes. Create and manage

individualized treatment plans

with appropriate follow-ups. Obtain and document detailed

medical history

and maintain accurate patient records. Provide clear

pre- and post-treatment instructions

and address patient concerns with professionalism. Maintain a

pleasant, caring attitude

while performing procedures in a

time-efficient

manner. Uphold the

highest hygiene and safety standards

during all treatments. Promote clinic services and skincare products, contributing to business growth. Assist the team in meeting clinic goals, including

monthly targets

and

client satisfaction benchmarks

Requirements:

Valid Nursing License

(Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Nursing).

QCHP License

(Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners) - required. Minimum

5 years of total nursing experience

, with at least

2 years in the GCC

. Proven expertise in

aesthetic dermatology

and

laser-based skin care

. Strong understanding of

laser safety protocols

, skin types, and laser parameters. Excellent

communication and interpersonal

skills. Ability to build trust and rapport with patients. Professional appearance and commitment to

confidentiality and ethics

. Strong

organizational, time management

skills. Fluency in

English

is required; Arabic is an advantage.
