Familiarity with various laptop brands (e.g., HP, Dell, Lenovo, Apple, Asus)
Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
Experience with data backup, data recovery, and system imaging
Understanding of BIOS/UEFI settings and firmware updates
Ability to perform software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
Experience with virus removal and system optimization
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Time management and ability to handle multiple repairs
