Oversees and manages landscaping works, ensuring outdoor areas are properly designed, maintained, and completed to required standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision & Coordination

Oversee day-to-day landscaping activities on site. Assign tasks and supervise landscapers, gardeners, and laborers. Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and machinery.
2. Work Planning & Execution

Review site drawings, plans, and schedules. Organize manpower, materials, and resources for daily tasks. Monitor progress to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
3. Quality Control

Inspect work for compliance with design, specifications, and safety standards. Ensure proper planting, irrigation, turfing, pruning, and maintenance practices. Address defects and rework promptly.
4. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

Enforce safety rules and regulations on site. Ensure workers wear PPE and follow safe work procedures. Maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
5. Resource & Material Management

Request and monitor delivery of plants, soil, fertilizers, and equipment. Minimize waste and ensure proper storage of materials. Report shortages or damages immediately.
6. Team Leadership & Training

Motivate, guide, and support the landscaping crew. Provide on-the-job training for new staff. Resolve conflicts and maintain discipline on site.
7. Reporting & Communication

Update Project Manager/Engineer on daily progress and challenges. Keep records of attendance, work completion, and site issues. Communicate clearly between site workers and management.
8. Client & Consultant Interaction (if required)

Assist during site inspections by consultants or clients. Ensure client's landscaping requirements are properly implemented.
