About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Landscaping Supervisor

to oversee daily landscaping operations and lead a team of groundskeepers and technicians. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in landscaping, strong leadership skills, and the ability to ensure all projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate landscaping crews on-site. Plan and assign daily tasks, ensuring proper resource allocation. Oversee installation and maintenance of lawns, gardens, irrigation systems, trees, and hardscape features. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Inspect work to maintain quality control and customer satisfaction. Train and mentor team members to improve skills and productivity. Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and materials. Communicate with clients and management to ensure project requirements are met.

Requirements:

Proven experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance (3+ years preferred). Previous supervisory or crew leader experience. Strong knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, and landscape construction. Ability to read and follow site plans and blueprints. Excellent leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus). Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
