, aiming to provide professional and affordable

villa garden maintenance and landscaping

.
We're looking for a

hands-on Agricultural Engineer

to lead our operations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage villa garden maintenance operations. Visit clients for site assessments and prepare quotations. Maintain gardens (initially hands-on with the team, then manage operations). Train and supervise maintenance workers. Purchase and manage materials, tools, and resources. Ensure high service quality and timely completion of all tasks. Attend daily coordination meetings (40 mins). Prepare weekly progress reports. Take on new responsibilities when needed to improve service quality and client experience.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in

Agricultural Engineering

(mandatory).

5-7 years

of landscaping experience in the UAE (preferably Abu Dhabi). Strong knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and UAE climate. Fluent in

Arabic and English

(spoken and written). Valid

UAE driving license

. Experience maintaining villa gardens and designing simple irrigation systems.

Skills & Attributes

Patience, discipline, and attention to detail. Ability to diagnose and treat plant diseases. Team leadership and training ability. Strong coordination and clear communication. Accuracy in pricing and service quotations.

What We Offer

Salary:

AED

5,000-7,000/month

(inclusive of housing & allowances).

Important Information

Probation:

6 months.

Daily video check-in (40 mins)

for updates and coordination. Must be willing to work hands-on initially while building your team. Annual leaves outside of high season. Reference checks required (previous supervisors).
