: Landscaping Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate landscaping teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Oversee landscape construction, maintenance, and installation activities, including planting, irrigation, hardscaping, and site clean-ups. Monitor day-to-day operations, ensuring safety protocols and company standards are strictly followed. Manage project timelines, materials, and resources, ensuring efficient use of labor and equipment. Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure design specifications are met and work quality is consistent. Provide guidance and training to team members, ensuring they understand and follow landscaping techniques and safety regulations. Liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers to address any issues or changes during the project lifecycle. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including progress reports, timesheets, and material usage. Ensure proper care and maintenance of landscaping tools and equipment.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in landscaping, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role. In-depth knowledge of landscaping techniques, plant species, irrigation systems, and hardscaping. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in using landscaping equipment and software. Available to join immediately.
