Experience: Solid experience managing large complex projects. Experience working with sales teams and solution selling methodology. Experience serving as Bid Manager for complex sales processes. Experience in coordinating project logistics and supply chains.
Competencies/skills: Strong people and management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel. Good technical understanding. Medium-high strategic level.
Personal Qualities: High energy extrovert, not conflict adverse, diplomatic. Solutions-oriented mindset. Ability to see the big picture without missing the details at the same time. Structured and analytical. Always looking for ways to improve and make things better.
