Green Vista Pool's and Landscaping LLC is looking for

Landscaping Draughtsman

with 8 + years' experience to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION

The position has the following responsibilities:

Have to drive and manage multiple projects from conception through design, development and start of production ensuring brand quality standards and design intents are meet with client demand and satisfaction.

Merge all technical design processes into 2D and or 3D system

Partner closely with sourcing team to ensure product is meeting cost targets

Follow-up and manage product development timeline to ensure department goals are met

Have to follow the fit process. Oversee fit and construction meetings with product team

Manage commercialization process: fitting schedules, review prototypes for workmanship, construction, fit, and production feasibility and communicate with suppliers.

Collaborate with Design in initial stages of tech pack development; Ensure specs, measurements, and construction details are accurately maintained and communicated from first proto to production

Monitor and clearly communicate processes, procedures, and technical skills with Junior Tech Designers

Build new product specifications including full graded measurements and detailed technical sketches including full construction details in communication with the line manager.

Create, manipulate, and modify technical drawings as per requirements and instruction of line manager/Engineers.

Ensure team is taking detailed notes and photos during fittings; ability to articulate the fit issues to various stakeholders and present solution.

Have to submit, follow up and deliverable of all the developer, authority NOC's and Permits.

Have to prepare cost estimate, budget sheet, materials log etc . as per manager/engineers instruction

Performs these and other duties as assigned by management.

Requirement:

Proven work experience as a Landscaping companies or similar role. Proven work experience on residential and or commercial projects. Hands-on experience with MS Office , MS Excel ,AutoCAD Proficient typing and editing skills Data organization skills Attention to detail Diploma/BSc degree or relevant field
