. Conceptual & Schematic Design

Develop creative, functional, and site-responsive landscape and pool design concepts.
Design custom swimming pools, water features, hardscape layouts, planting schemes, pergolas, lighting zones, etc.
Conduct site analyses including topography, climate, existing vegetation, and sun/shade studies.

2. Design Development & Detailing

Prepare detailed landscape architecture and pool drawings including layouts, sections, elevations, and 3D visuals.
Select materials, plants, finishes, and pool accessories aligned with client and project requirements.
Collaborate with structural, MEP, and civil engineers for technical coordination.

3. Municipal Submission & Compliance

Prepare full sets of submission drawings as per Dubai Municipality (DM), Trakhees, or other local authority guidelines.
Coordinate with regulatory bodies to secure landscape and pool approvals.
Ensure all designs meet local codes, safety standards, and sustainability requirements.

4. Client Liaison & Presentations

Engage with clients to understand their vision, lifestyle needs, and aesthetic preferences.
Prepare and present mood boards, design presentations, and walkthroughs.
Incorporate client feedback into revised designs while maintaining design integrity.

5. Site Supervision & Coordination

Conduct periodic site visits to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
Coordinate with contractors and landscape teams for on-site clarifications and material approvals.
Review and approve shop drawings, mock-ups, and material samples.
