Landscape Supervisor

and bring your vision to life through the planning, design, and maintenance of high-impact landscaping and irrigation projects. We are looking for a skilled professional with a passion for green spaces and strong technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning, scheduling, and overseeing landscaping projects from start to finish, including new installations and maintenance work. Managing and leading landscaping crews, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring team members are trained and working safely. Monitoring work progress, ensuring work is completed to the required standard, and addressing any issues that arise. Tracking expenses, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints. Maintaining records of work completed, hours worked, materials used, and other relevant information.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Landscape engineering (higher qualifications are a plus). Proven experience in landscape engineering with a strong project portfolio. Strong command of English (spoken and written). Ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts. Prior experience in landscaping, including supervisory experience, is often required. Local candidates are preferred
