Landscape Project Manager

Job Description
A landscape project manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, design and implementation of landscaping projects. They work with clients to determine their needs and desires, then create a plan for how those needs will be met. This might include selecting plants, trees and other vegetation; creating plans for new features like pools or walkways; and coordinating with contractors to ensure that everything gets built correctly.
Landscape Project Manager Job Duties
Report submission to the higher management authorities. Communicating project details to clients and other team members throughout the planning and implementation process Coordinating with other members of the design team to ensure that all aspects of the project are addressed Managing budgets and time frames to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget Preparing proposals and managing bids to help ensure that projects are profitable, while also keeping costs within budget guidelines Coordinating a team of designers, architects, engineers, construction workers, and others involved in the actual construction process Project cost controlling. Reviewing plans for potential problems or issues with the technical team before submitting them to clients for approval Organizing and managing all aspects of the project from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, budgeting.
UAE driving license mandatory.
Salary will be discussed upon interview.
Previous experience in Irrigation, Swimming pool & Landscape will be advantage.
