Plan resources and distribute work to meet commercial targets, analyzing project progress against objectives.
Conduct weekly/monthly planning with the CM and Project Engineers, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Lead "Site Kick-off Meetings" for new projects.
Review and understand contracts, including scope, exclusions, payment terms, and penalties.
Ensure site teams follow approved materials, drawings, and procedures.
Manage suppliers and subcontractors through inquiry, negotiation, delivery, and follow-up to meet project needs.
Ensure all variations have written client approval and are recorded
Proactively troubleshoot and resolve critical issues.
Handle site correspondence, including clearance, variations, EOT, and documentation to protect the project and company.
Implement value engineering and cost control measures, even within the budget.
Promote continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and cost management.
Ensure all work is done safely and report any damaged or missing assets to HR.
Provide weekly planning reports, conduct site walks, and participate in management and client meetings.
Submit bi-weekly cash flow requirements and monitor project budgets versus actual
Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve commercial targets.
Follow up on billing, certifications, and payments to meet financial goals.
Facilitate employee skill training to enhance team performance.
Ensure timely and complete project handover with all documentation and snag closure.
