Job Description

We are looking for an Experienced Project & Maintenance coordinator to join our team.

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:



Must be able to attend and handle site inspections.

Strong knowledge of projects procedures.

Managing manpower & material requirements.

Allocation of manpower to project and maintenance sites.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and closure of projects.

Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project and maintenance sites based on financial analysis.

Workers timesheet monitoring in coordination with site supervisors.

Must be able to attend client meetings.

Requirements:



6 to 10 years of experience in landscaping industry.

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or Agriculture.

Proficient in conducting on-site measurements and assessments.

Excellent communication skills to effectively convey clients' requirements to the project team.

A valid UAE driver's license

is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED10.00 per month
