The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating construction, and maintenance activities.
Day-to-day tasks include coordination with other operation leads and providing administrative assistance.
Coordinate site visits, client meetings, and inspections with relevant teams.
Liaise with project managers, site engineers, designers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication.
Maintain and update project files including drawings, permits, contracts, variations, and approvals.
Prepare project status reports, MOMs, and ensure timely follow-up on all assigned tasks.
Support in preparing documentation for authority submissions

Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in operations or project coordination within construction, MEP, and/or interior fit-out sectors.
Strong communication and coordination skills with a proactive attitude.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
and related design software
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
