Floorworld LLC the largest flooring company in the Middle East is expanding into exterior landscaping products and are looking to recruit a fully experienced Landscaping Manager to help build and lead this new department.

Landscaping Manager :

The successful applicant must be able to run multiple large and small scale landscaping sites and projects from conception to completion throughout the UAE, knowledge of preparing the ground for the installation of artificial grass and an In-depth technical knowledge of installing both timber and WPC decking systems to the highest standard.

Must Responsibilities:

?Plan, coordinate, and oversee the installation of decking systems and artificial grass projects from start to finish.

?Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

?Manage and lead a team of installers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

?Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients. ?Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

?Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimation and tracking. ?Procure materials and equipment needed for projects.

?Provide regular progress reports to senior management.

Requirements:

?Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.

?Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscaping, with a focus on decking systems and artificial grass installation.

?The ability to recruit and build your own installation team ?Proven track record of successfully managing landscaping projects from conception to completion.

?Strong leadership and team-building skills. ?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ?Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

?Knowledge of local landscaping regulations and practices in Dubai. ?Valid UAE driving license.
