Landscape Foreman – Dubai
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead our site workforce for a large-scale landscape project in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead site labor teams efficiently
Monitor productivity of workers and ensure timely completion of tasks
Oversee hardscape, softscape, irrigation, furniture installation, and civil works
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Supervisors, and QA/QC team
Maintain daily reports on manpower, progress, and site issues
Ensure compliance with safety and site regulations
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Landscape Foreman in UAE construction/landscape projects
Strong knowledge of site labor management and productivity tracking
Experience in hardscape, softscape, irrigation, furniture, or civil works is a plus
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and solve on-site issues proactively
Availability:
Immediate joiners preferred
