Key Roles and Responsibilities
Report to the Projects Manager/Technical Manager
Co-ordination, Supervision & Execution of Construction and Maintenance works (instructions, clarifications etc.)
Assist in the Design, Estimation, Engineering documentations such as Material Submittals, Method Statements, Shop drawing, As Built Drawings, O&M Manuals, Project Close Out Reports, Site Reports, etc
Attend Site visits, Client meetings, Project meetings, etc
Preparation of regular reports including monthly maintenance reports of the sites and submit to the Project Manager.
Material assessment and verifying the requirements of materials required for site and reporting to Project Manager.
Lead in Plant Selections for projects including suggestion of suitable substitutes and obtaining approvals from the Consultant/Client.
Approval of time sheets (weekly)
Management of HVL Nursery
Maintain Machinery and Material log book and update time to time,
Verifying of the purchased material quantity and quality and usage details.
Analyze Site issues and report to Project Manager/Technical Manager
Find out of plant diseases and analyzing the growth of plants and given treatment instruction to supervisor and follow up the same.
Assist in the Procurement of plants, inspection and selection of suitable plants at the nursery, pesticide and fungicide and fertilizer and advice regarding the dosage level to the supervisor.
Transport coordination with the concerned persons and giving prior information for regarding the vehicle requirements.
Collecting of prices for soft landscaping material from the supplier and maintaining the data bank.
Regularly reading of mail and noting the details and reporting to project manager.
Weekly and monthly work report preparation and reporting to Project manager.
Material requisition slips verifying and reporting to project manager.
Preparing of required material list for the project site related all works.
Daily time sheet checking assisting of accountant and report to project manager.
Daily checking of labor allocation details and labor allocation schedule/ forecast preparation.
Invoice submittal for the completed additional works and reporting to Project Manager.
Any other works assigned by the Projects/Technical Manager
Key Requirements and Qualifications:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools
Strong knowledge of horticulture, soil science, and landscape construction
Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
