Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Landscape & Irrigation Salesman to drive sales of our landscape services and irrigation solutions. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, providing expert advice, and achieving sales targets within the UAE region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of landscaping principles, irrigation systems, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:



Business Development:

Actively identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities within the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Network and build relationships with potential clients, including landscape architects, contractors, property developers, and facility managers. Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and project requirements.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new clients. Serve as a trusted advisor by providing expert consultation on landscape design, plant selection, irrigation systems, and related products. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.

Sales and Technical Expertise:

Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs. Clearly articulate the features and benefits of our landscape services and irrigation products. Provide accurate technical information regarding irrigation system design, installation, and maintenance. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities.

Collaboration and Reporting:

Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts to management. Participate in sales meetings and training sessions as required.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in sales, preferably within the landscaping or irrigation industry (minimum 2 years). Strong understanding of landscaping principles, plant materials, and irrigation systems (e.g., drip irrigation, sprinkler systems). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets. Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic. Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
